Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 6AM PST we are going to dive into  what made us incredible athletes and how these lessons can be applied to a life after sports. Each week you will have workshops, guest speakers, and intentions you will take with you into your day and life.

Why This Exists
Welcome to Unlocking Your Athlete Mindset! My name is Matt Mounier and I'm a former college basketball player. I'm on a mission to change the athletic experience as they move into their life after sports.

After my own struggles with my transition out of sports I decided to go on a "Think and Grow Rich" campaign to interview 100's of athletes on what made them successful out of sports.

From all these interviews there became an apparent trend. The happiest and most successful athletes were able to apply an athletic mentality and mindset to their business and life. 

There is this saying in sports that 80% of the game is played between the ears. It became apparent that this could be applicable to life as well. And just like in sports, something that is so vital and important to success is rarely if ever worked on and developed. 

The common denominator did not lie with being the athlete. It was a disciplined focus on their daily mindset.
